Patient Transport Service Driver
Help elderly and disabled patients attend vital healthcare appointments

Our Patient Transport Service Drivers provide door to door transport for our clients between their home and healthcare appointments. Using their own car, or South West Community Transport's mobility car, volunteers ensure that our clients do not miss vital appointments.

Our service is for people who are elderly, disabled, who do not have access to a car and are unable to use public transport and would otherwise find it difficult to attend hospital or doctor appointments due to mobility problems.

You must have a full clean UK driving license, been driving for more than two years and be over 25 years of age.

Full training will be given and a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check will be carried out.
